Everyday project work is local-first. PlanConsole does not require a hosted project account.

Project data

Authoritative project data is stored under your Windows user profile. Project records, settings, attachments, recovery copies, and backups remain on storage you control unless you deliberately configure a NAS, LAN share, or Dropbox App Folder for continuity between your devices.

Optional synchronization

NAS and Dropbox features transfer saved information between the same owner’s computers. They are not collaborative services operated by PlanConsole. Your network administrator, storage provider, or Dropbox may process data according to their own configuration and privacy policies.

Licensing

Activation and license management require communication with the PlanConsole licensing service. The service processes information needed to validate the license, enforce the two-device allowance, manage device seats, and protect against misuse. Licensing state does not contain or delete your project content.

Purchases

PayPal processes payment information according to its policies. PlanConsole receives the transaction result and information required to issue and deliver a license. PlanConsole does not collect or store your complete payment-card credentials.

Website and service operations

Hosting, security, email delivery, and operational logs may process standard technical information such as request time, address, route, browser information, delivery status, and abuse-prevention signals. These records are used to operate, secure, and support the service rather than to build advertising profiles.

Support

Support information is used only to investigate and respond to your request. Do not send license keys, payment details, passwords, project databases, or private project content through ordinary email.
