iPad and iPhone

PlanConsole for Apple support.

The iPad app is the primary management environment. The iPhone app is its focused companion. Both are included in one purchase.

Getting started

  1. Install PlanConsole from the App Store on your iPad and iPhone using the same Apple account.
  2. Create and manage the complete portfolio on iPad.
  3. Allow the requested iCloud access when you choose to use private device synchronization.
  4. Open the iPhone companion and allow time for the first private exchange to complete.

Understanding synchronization

The iPad remains authoritative for complete portfolio management. The iPhone exchanges a focused companion dataset through your private Apple account. It is not a separate collaborative account and does not connect to PlanConsole for Windows.

Protecting your work

Keep current portable backups in addition to iCloud features. Review recovery copies before replacing a device or removing the application. Never send project databases or private project information to support unless a specific, protected diagnostic process has been agreed in advance.

When synchronization appears delayed

  1. Confirm both devices are signed into the intended Apple account.
  2. Confirm iCloud Drive and PlanConsole access are enabled.
  3. Allow both devices a stable internet connection and reopen PlanConsole.
  4. Check whether the iPhone shows pending information that has not yet been acknowledged by the iPad.
